They refuse to fix the damages and both Lowe's Corperate and UHS were EXTREMELY rude telling me that these damages were my fault because I didnt tell them not to do it. Even though I was covering the floor for now we do plan on possibly selling the home someday and the original beautiful hardwood floors would have been a great selling point. I will NEVER again shop at Lowe's because of the amount of disrespect I received and I WILL NOT recommend ultimate home services to anyone. The carpet itself doesnt even look great as you can see multiple seems.
